The Phoenix Group of the BrotHerhood Initiative will be at the Union Hall this Thursday (11/12), from 1800-2000, for all members of the MDFR family.
Last week we discussed Mindfulness and how it can help us stay focused on the present. Mindfulness can be defined as a “moment-to-moment, nonjudgmental awareness of thoughts, feelings, and surroundings”. Observing our thoughts and feelings in “real time” offers us the opportunity to examine the content of what is happening and the freedom to make different choices.
